Back Office Tips – Shipping Status

Ever want to track the progress of your recent shipment, but were unsure where you can find the tracking information and don’t have your order email? Well let me show you how easy it is to get all of the Order Details, including tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your package!
The process is very simple for you:
- First, you will log in to your Back Office. This can be done either on the main Cerule Websites by clicking “Log In”, or by going to mycerule.com.
- Second, you will want to mouse-over “Orders” in the toolbar to the left of the screen. This will expand and allow you to click on “Order History”
- The Third step, and last, is to find the order in question and to click “View Invoice”.
After you have open the invoice for the order you wish to inquire about, you will be able to check the date of shipment, cost, contents, the tracking details, and more.
And now you know how to keep a closer eye on your shipments!
