Q. Where can I find the tracking information for my latest order?

 

A. Not only are you sent an email with a link to track your parcel, a quick link is available in your back office where you can easily check the tracking for your orders.

Follow these easy steps:

1. Login to your back office
2. Hover your mouse over “Orders” then select “Order History”
3. Under “Tracking Number”, simply select the link for the order you would like to track and you will be taken to the tracking information of this order.
