US and Canada Market

1. Contact the Cerule Caring Crew and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”)
2. Ship your items to the return address provided by the Cerule Caring Crew when you are given your RMA. Our return address may be different than the warehouse that shipped the products to you. If you send them to the wrong place, your package may be lost and no refund will issued!
3. Please provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products. Such invoice must reference the RMA and include the reason for the return. If you do not include the invoice or RMA, your order may not be refunded as we may not be able to identify what order the product belonged to.

To receive a full a refund on the product, you must contact the Cerule Caring Crew within 30 days of your first purchase. If the items are sent back without proper notice, they may not be refunded in full.

If it is past 30 days, items that have been opened will not be refunded for retail customers.

IBOs will not be able to return any opened product unless it is their initial purchase and the Cerule Caring Crew has been notified within 30 days.

Please keep in mind that all shipping charges are non-refundable.
