If there is one thing that any successful IBO knows, is the importance of following-up with an existing customer.

Now you may be asking yourself, “How do I get a list of my existing IBO’s and Customers?” Well here’s how!

– Login to your backoffice
– Hover your mouse over “Business” on the left
– Click on “Report Center”
– Select “Downline Contact Report”
– In the top, right corner you will see three dots
– Select “Export”
– After the document’s loading is complete, click on “Download”

Now you have a list of all of your customers, from Retail Customer to IBO’s!
