Q. How do I update the address for my autoship?
A. This is very easy to do through your back office, the steps are listed below. Please remember if you are updating either your main or shipping addresses, or both, on your account you also need to update your autoship address as this is saved separately.
To change the address your autoship is being shipped to, please follow these instructions.
1. Log in to your back office
2. Hover your mouse over “Orders” and select “Manage Autoship”
3. Click the blue Edit button on your Autoship
4. Click the blue Edit button next to Shipping Address
5. Enter new address and select the green Save button
